The first step, and in cases of hardware failure the most important part, is making the binary (1:1) copy of the damaged media onto back-up media. In cases of software damage, this helps to protect the original content from unintended changes. After making a binary copy we continue with the software phase of the data recovery, according to the type and the level of damage, for instance, a reconstruction of the file system.

In urgent cases we are able to work on your delivery non-stop, including overnights, over weekends, and on state holidays. In these cases we work on the case continuously until it is completed. You can learn more about this mode here.
